TERMS AND RATES
New Bahamian Government 6% Room Tax is to be added to all applicable rental rates.
All prices are in US dollars and are on a weekly basis. Discounted rates are available for extended stays and certain off season periods. Terms are one half payment on booking, balance due 60 days before arrival. In case of a cancellation, a full refund (less a 10% administration fee) will be paid providing an alternate tenant can be found. Linens and cleaning service upon departure are included.  Nightly rentals available upon request and subject to availability with a two-night minimum stay required.

* INTRODUCTORY RATE: $5000/WEEK 1-4 PEOPLE, $250 PER EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON (MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE) MUST BE BOOKED BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2010.

RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER SEPT. 1, 2010: $6000/WEEK 1-4 PEOPLE, $250 PER EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON (MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE)
